What is the challenge?
For various municipal processes, such as sustainability benefits for our residents, insight into the current WOZ value of real estate is essential.
How did we approach it?
IntellinQ has established a GeolinQ connection via the “Query WOZ API” to the Land Registry’s LV-WOZ. This connection retrieves the WOZ for our municipality (based on addressable objects). The WOZ is then linked to the BAG (Bag of Real Estate), enabling our colleagues to make logical selections.
What is the result?
The current WOZ value is now easily visualized and available on a map for the relevant municipal employees.
